Beer Labels that survive the cold chain
Beverage labels are the hardest application in the label business. Beer Labels have to bond to glass or aluminum, survive a freezer, survive a 90°F warehouse, survive a 12-hour ice bath in a cooler, and still peel cleanly off if a buyer rejects a batch. The cheapest online sticker shops will sell you a label that fails two of these and ships anyway.
We spec every beer labels job with a beverage-grade BOPP face stock (white or clear), a freezer-grade pressure-sensitive adhesive, and a water-resistant lamination layer. The print runs on HP Indigo 6K — same press a Whole Foods shelf label is printed on. The Pantone match holds across reorders. The lamination prevents ink rub-off in transit.
