Personalized Coffee Bags — Custom Printed by Bazaar Printing

We don't print pens. We print packaging.

Personalized Coffee Bags printed on HP Indigo 15K and converted in-house on our Karlville pouch line — kraft, black, clear, side-gusset, block-bottom, stand-up, flat. Heat-sealed mylar, ready in a week.

What we print for you

Personalized Coffee Bags: print quality is the brand

Coffee is one of the only product categories where the bag IS part of the product experience. The matte vs gloss feel in the hand, the print quality on dark stock, the cleanness of the brand mark — every detail signals roast quality before the first sip. Most online printers run personalized coffee bags the same way they run a snack bag, and the difference shows on shelf.

Bazaar prints personalized coffee bags on HP Indigo 15K and converts on our in-house Karlville pouch line — kraft, matte black, clear, recycled, and BPI-compostable films in side-gusset, block-bottom, stand-up, and flat formats. Heat-sealed mylar. If it's wrong, we reprint.

Film, format, finish — the choices that matter

Film stack: matte black for premium positioning (light-blocking + tactile), kraft for artisan, clear-window kraft for "see the bean" brands, metallic for high-end specialty, BPI-certified compostable for sustainability claims. Format: side-gusset (the standard 8oz/12oz), block-bottom (premium stand-up for retail shelf), flat-bottom (single-origin specialty), quad-seal (luxury, holds shape).

All pouches are heat-sealed mylar with a resealable zipper that handles freshness for the retail use case. We'll mock up a dieline on your spec before quoting.

Personalized Coffee Bags sized for a roaster's first run

Start a Quote for live pricing — the configurator shows volume breaks as you adjust qty. Specialty finishes (foil, raised UV) are available on every run with no plate cost.

For roasters launching a new SKU or testing a single-origin limited release, a small pilot is the right starting size — print the first batch, sell through in two months, refine the artwork, reorder larger. Most roasters cross the first volume break on the second run.

Common questions

What sizes do you offer for personalized coffee bags?

4oz (sample), 8oz (half-pound retail), 12oz (most common), 1lb (full-pound), 2lb, 5lb. Custom sizes get quoted by film usage with no tooling fee.

What film stacks do you offer for personalized coffee bags?

Kraft, matte black, white, clear, metallic, recycled, and BPI-certified compostable. All heat-sealed mylar with optional resealable zipper. Side-gusset, block-bottom, stand-up, and flat formats.

Do you offer compostable personalized coffee bags?

Yes — BPI-certified compostable mylar film stacks are available on every coffee bag format. The compostability certification documentation ships with the order. Compostable films have a shorter shelf life than virgin (12 months vs 24+), so we'll spec accordingly.

Can you print personalized coffee bags in matte black with good color saturation?

Yes — matte black film with full CMYK over the top is one of our most-ordered specialty stacks. We use a white-ink underprint where the color needs to read true (logos, brand marks). The HP Indigo 15K holds the saturation across the run.

Where is Bazaar Printing located?

306 Boyd Street in downtown Los Angeles. Walk-in pickup is free during business hours. We also ship national via UPS and FedEx, and rush-courier within Southern California.

How fast can you turn around an order?

Standard turnaround is 5 business days for labels and stickers, 7–10 days for pouches and cartons, 5–7 days for hang tags and inserts. Rush (3 days) is +40%. Express (next-day) is +80% on label and sticker orders where capacity allows.
