Doob Tube Labels — Custom Printed by Bazaar Printing

Tubes are tight cylinders — small diameter, wrap-around label, tight seam. Labels for doob tube labels have to register perfectly across the seam, bond to the tube material without lifting, and survive squeezing, pocketing, and the inside of a customer's handbag. Most online printers don't spec the right substrate for tube geometry and the labels come off in weeks.

Bazaar specs doob tube labels with a tube-specific BOPP face stock and high-tack adhesive rated for HDPE, glass, and Chubby Gorilla plastic. Labels are sized and pre-registered against the tube diameter so the seam closes cleanly across the wrap.

Bazaar prints the labels for tubes. For doob tube labels, bring your own tubes (HDPE push-up, Chubby Gorilla child-resistant, glass dropper, paper / kraft outer) or source them through your usual channel. We handle the printed wrap.

Once we have your tube dimensions, we mock up a wrap dieline at scale — free, before quoting — and proof the registration across the seam. Optional in-house label application: ship us the tubes, we apply with a semi-automatic applicator and ship the finished SKU back. Saves coordinating a separate fulfillment step.

Doob Tube Labels are most common in three use cases. Cannabis pre-rolls (child-resistant Chubby Gorilla tubes with state-compliant warning text on the wrap). Lip balm and skin sticks (HDPE push-up tubes with a brand wrap). Oil applicators and sample droppers (glass tubes with a wrap label and a top label). Each has its own substrate spec — we'll match it.

For cannabis pre-roll customers we know the California METRC warning text, child-resistant compliance, and lot-tracking requirements. We print the warning panel as part of the wrap so you don't have to stick a second compliance sticker on after.
