Soft-Touch Jar + Label Combos — Custom Printed by Bazaar Printing

On a jar + label combo, the soft-touch finish is a velvet-feel matte lamination layer — the premium tactile finish you see on beauty boxes and skincare bottles. The label is the only thing on the jar — so the finish is doing the entire job of telling the buyer what kind of brand this is. We see soft-touch combos do best on skincare jars, balm jars, candle vessels, and small-batch food (jams, honey, sauces).

With a combo SKU you're getting both pieces from one shop: the jar (sourced via our wholesale partners) and the custom label (printed in-house on HP Indigo 6K). One PO, one ship date, no "the jars are here but the labels are stuck at another printer."

We can ship the labels separately on a roll (you apply at your fulfillment center) or pre-applied on the jar (we apply in-house and ship finished combos). Most launching brands prefer pre-applied for the first 1–2 runs to lock the look, then move to flat shipping for the cost savings.

For pre-applied combos we use a manual + semi-automatic applicator with a heat-set step — labels go on dead-center, wrap-around alignment within a millimeter. Every combo gets QC against the artwork master before it boxes.

Sourcing the jar from a packaging wholesaler and the label from a label printer is the old-school path. The math: two POs, two ship windows, two cycles of QC, and the risk that the jar arrives with a slightly different dimension than the label was sized for. We've seen this kill launches.

Combo pricing at Bazaar matches what you'd pay sourcing separately, but you get one rep, one ship date, and one accountable shop. For brands launching a 4-SKU skincare or candle line, this consolidation is usually the difference between "we hit our retail date" and "we slipped."
