What 'near me' actually means

When you search "print shop near me" you usually want one of three things: a copy shop for an urgent document, a small-batch print run for an event or product launch, or a long-term packaging supplier for your brand. Bazaar covers the last two — we're not a copy shop. If you need to print 10 pages of a contract, FedEx Office on 7th Street is faster. If you need 100 business cards, 500 product labels, 50 folding cartons, or 1,000 mylar pouches — that's us.

Our shop is purpose-built for production printing: HP Indigo 15K and 6K digital presses, a Karlville pouch converter, Scodix Ultra Pro and JetFX finishing presses, a Komfi laminator, and a full die-cutting line. Walk-in customers get to see this stack and pick the finish that fits the product.

Why proximity matters in print

Three reasons LA brands prefer a local print shop over a national online printer. First, lead time — for rush jobs, every extra day in transit kills your launch window. Picking up locally skips 2-3 days of UPS ground. Second, color accuracy — being able to see the printed proof in person catches color shifts a JPEG mockup hides. Third, problem-solving — when something needs to be re-run or fine-tuned, doing it face-to-face with the press operator is 10x faster than email tickets.

That said, we serve plenty of national customers via ship — most of our orders go via UPS / FedEx. Local pickup is a perk for LA-area brands, not a requirement.

Are you a print shop near me?

If you're in Los Angeles, the South Bay, the Westside, Hollywood, the Valley, or Long Beach — yes. Bazaar Printing is at 306 Boyd St in downtown LA. We're 5-30 minutes from most LA neighborhoods. For customers further out, we ship national via UPS and FedEx.

Can I drop in without an appointment?

Yes for pickups, sample requests, and quick questions. For design consultations or large-project quoting, calling ahead helps. We're open Monday-Friday 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM and Saturday 9:30 AM to 4:00 PM.

Do you print same-day?

For most standard products with standard sizes, yes — but it depends on what's on the press. Walk in or call (747) 348-4444 to check today's queue. Rush and express turnaround add a surcharge but unlock priority slots.

How is Bazaar different from FedEx Office or a local copy shop?

Those are great for emergency office printing — handouts, document copies, simple posters. Bazaar is a full production print shop. We run HP Indigo digital presses (not laser printers), in-house mylar pouch conversion, raised UV and foil finishing, custom folding cartons. We do work that a copy shop can't do, but we won't print you a tax return.

Can I just buy a few business cards?

Yes. Our minimum on most marketing materials is small — 50 to 100 pieces depending on the product. We don't force big minimums.
