We spec the wind direction (out-side-out / out-side-in) on every custom roll labels order based on your applicator model and confirm before press.

Standard core size is 3 inches, but we can wind to 1-inch, 5-inch, or any custom core if your applicator needs it. Standard roll count is 1,000–5,000 labels per roll. We'll spec the roll size based on your label dimensions and applicator capacity.

The substrate choice for custom roll labels depends on the application. White BOPP is the workhorse — durable, waterproof, oil-resistant. Clear BOPP gives the "no-label" look on glass and clear bottles. Kraft paper reads artisan / natural. Metallic silver gives every color a chrome-shimmer base. Recycled paper hits a sustainability claim. Foil face stock (gold or silver) reads premium.
