Gloss Roll Labels — Custom Printed by Bazaar Printing

On a roll label, gloss is a high-shine clear lamination that pops the colors and protects against scuffing in transit. A flat CMYK label on a shelf reads as one more SKU. The same label with a tactile or metallic finish reads as a brand that invested — and buyers reach for it. We see this with our coffee, supplement, and skincare customers every week: same artwork, same shape, same substrate, but the version with the finish picks up at twice the rate in retail tests.

On a Bazaar order, the finish layer is registered to the print on the same HP Indigo 6K press run, so it never drifts from the artwork. We don't outsource the embellishment to a partner shop — Scodix Ultra Pro and JetFX live on our floor in downtown LA. If something looks off, we catch it before it ships, not after.

The label gets printed on HP Indigo 6K — true digital, no plates, so we're cost-flat from 250 labels up to 25,000. From there the finish step depends on what you ordered: Scodix Ultra Pro for raised UV and digital emboss, JetFX for foil (gold, silver, rainbow, holographic), or a flood lamination station for soft-touch, gloss, and matte. Everything runs in a single production cell.

Then the labels die-cut on our ABG Digicon line, get slit and wound to your spec (3" core, outside-wound is standard), and ship out. Standard turnaround is 5 business days from artwork approval. Rush is +40% (3 days) and Express is +80% (next-day). For brands on a 14-day reorder cadence we discount 20% on Eco production.

Traditional label printers will quote raised UV and foil with a plate-setup fee — typically $200-$400 — that only makes sense above 5,000 labels. Bazaar runs both finishes digitally, so the cost is per-square-inch, not per-job. On a 1,000-label run, you can expect raised UV or foil to add roughly $0.15–$0.30 per label depending on coverage, with no setup fee.

We ship a free sample pack before you commit on a first order — mailed labels you can hold, feel, photograph next to your jar, and walk into a store with. If you're comparing us to an online printer, that pack alone usually settles it.
