Sticker Pack — Custom Printed by Bazaar Printing

We don't print pens. We print packaging.

Sticker Pack printed in-house on HP Indigo 6K in Downtown Los Angeles. Laser die-cut on the ABG Digicon line — no setup fees, irregular shapes welcome, sample pack on first order.

What we print for you

Why founders order sticker pack from a real LA print shop

The fast online sticker shops sell sticker pack as a commodity — pick a size, pick a quantity, get a piece price. What they don't tell you is that the cheapest pricing usually means thinner vinyl, weaker adhesive, and a CMYK match that drifts batch-to-batch. We've had customers come to us with rejected retail orders because the shelf-display stickers fell off the bottles after a week.

Bazaar runs sticker pack on HP Indigo 6K — the same digital press a Whole Foods shelf label is printed on. The press hits a Pantone match that holds across reorders, the lamination layer goes on in the same production cell, and the laser die-cut means we can do any custom shape (rounded square, paw print, hand-drawn outline) at the same per-piece price as a standard circle.

How we run sticker pack (in-house, in LA)

Every sticker pack order goes through the same five-step cell: artwork QC by a designer on staff, plate-free digital print on HP Indigo 6K, optional lamination (gloss / matte / soft-touch) flooded on the roll, laser die-cut on the ABG Digicon, then slit, wound, and boxed. Standard turnaround is 5 business days from approved artwork; rush (3 days) is +40%, express (next-day) is +80%.

The advantage of running it all under one roof: if the file lays out wrong on the first proof, we fix and reprint without restarting the production schedule. No "we sent it out to the laminator" gaps. We pick up the phone, find your job on the floor, and tell you exactly where it is.

What sticker pack costs — and what a sample pack tells you

Pricing on sticker pack scales with square-inch coverage, not per-job setup. Start a Quote for live pricing — the configurator shows volume breaks as you adjust qty. Specialty finishes — holographic foil, raised UV, soft-touch lamination — are available with no plate fee (unlike traditional printers who'd bill heavy setup).

On a first order we mail a free sample pack — substrate swatches (vinyl, clear BOPP, kraft, holographic film), finish swatches, and a printed proof of your actual artwork on the material you picked. If you're comparing us to Sticker Mule or an Amazon shop, that pack alone usually settles it. We're betting on the quality being obvious in-hand.

Common questions

What's the minimum order for sticker pack?

250 pieces on roll formats, 100 sheets on kiss-cut sheets. No setup fees — the price quoted is the all-in price. For specialty finishes (foil, raised UV, holographic), the same 250 minimum applies.

How long does sticker pack take to ship?

Standard turnaround is 5 business days from artwork approval. Rush (3 days) is +40%. Express (next-day) is +80% on stock-format orders where production capacity allows. Most orders ship via UPS Ground; rush couriers within Southern California.

What materials do you offer for sticker pack?

Vinyl (durable outdoor / waterproof), clear BOPP (no-label look on glass and product packaging), white BOPP (workhorse for product labels), kraft (artisan / sustainable), holographic film (foil shift), and metallic silver. All available with gloss, matte, or soft-touch lamination.

Can you match my brand Pantone on sticker pack?

Yes — we match in-gamut Pantones via HP Indigo digital. For out-of-gamut metallics or specialty spot colors, we run JetFX digital foil. Send us the Pantone reference and a brand guideline PDF, and we'll proof a match before press.
