"Eco-friendly" is a brand claim that won't survive a regulatory review. Real eco friendly stickers require certified substrates — BPI for industrial compostability, TÜV OK Compost Home for home composting, PCR-percentage documentation for recycled content. We carry only certified stocks and ship the certification document with every order, so when a buyer (or a California regulator) asks for proof, you have it.

The substrate decision is more nuanced than "compostable vs not." Eco Friendly Stickers that need oxygen barriers (coffee, supplements, snacks) usually want PLA/PBAT compostable films. Eco Friendly Stickers that just need to print and look natural usually want PCR-recycled paper. We'll spec the right one for your product and tell you what claim is defensible.

Industrial compostable (BPI-certified) breaks down in a commercial composting facility at 140°F over 90–180 days. Home compostable (TÜV OK Compost Home) breaks down in a backyard compost bin at lower temperatures over 6–12 months. Most consumer-facing brands publish "compostable" and mean industrial — the BPI logo on the pack is the only defensible version.

If full compostability isn't required by your product positioning, PCR-recycled and post-industrial recycled stocks hit a sustainability claim at a much lower per-piece cost. We carry 30%, 60%, and 100% PCR papers for eco friendly stickers runs, with the FSC chain-of-custody documentation if you need it for a buyer review or a B Corp filing.
