What we print for you

Custom Tin Box: what we actually print

Bazaar prints the labels and folding-carton presentation boxes for your tin packaging. Bring your own tins or source them through your usual channel; we print the components that go on or around them.

For most custom tin box jobs that means a wrap-around BOPP label for the body, a top label for slip-lid or hinge-lid tins, and optionally a printed folding-carton presentation box that the tin sits inside for retail or gifting. Labels run on HP Indigo 6K, boxes on HP Indigo 15K, all in our Downtown LA building.

Wrap labels that survive metal substrate

Tin packaging is unforgiving on labels. The metal substrate doesn't breathe, so the adhesive has to bond fast and hold permanently. The wrap geometry has to register perfectly across the seam — half a millimeter off and the brand mark reads broken. Custom Tin Box done cheap usually fail one of these in the first month.

We spec custom tin box with a tin-specific high-tack acrylic adhesive and an oil-resistant BOPP face stock. Send us a sample tin (or just the dimensions) and we'll mock up a wrap dieline at scale, free, before you commit to a run. Pantone-matched batch-to-batch on the HP Indigo 6K. Real prepress tech reviews every file. If it's wrong, we reprint.

Folding-carton presentation boxes — the retail step up

For retail and gift-set positioning, the tin alone often isn't enough. A printed folding-carton outer (the box the tin sits inside on the shelf) carries the brand story, the ingredient panel, and the shelf-presence finish — Scodix raised UV on the brand mark, JetFX gold foil on the callout, soft-touch lamination over the whole exterior.

We run the carton on HP Indigo 15K, die-cut on Heidelberg / Bobst, and glue on the Bobst Mistral — no setup fee. Optional in-house label application is also available: ship us the tins, we apply the labels with a semi-automatic applicator (wrap alignment within a millimeter) and ship the finished SKU back.
