Foil Stamping Tube + Label Combos — Custom Printed by Bazaar Printing

On a tube combo, foil stamping is a metallic film bonded on top of the print, run digitally on JetFX so we can do it on short runs with no plates. Tubes are tight cylinders — small diameter, wrap-around label — which means the finish has to register perfectly across the seam and survive squeezing, pocketing, and the inside of a customer's handbag.

We run tube labels on HP Indigo 6K with optional Scodix raised UV and JetFX foil. Tubes are sourced from our wholesale partners (Chubby Gorilla, glass, HDPE) and the label is sized, printed, and applied (or shipped flat) in-house.

Customers buy tube combos for pre-roll packaging (cannabis), lip balm and skincare sticks (beauty), and oil applicators (haircare, supplements). Each use case has a different jar partner: Chubby Gorilla for child-resistant pre-roll tubes, HDPE for oil applicators, glass for sample droppers and luxury balms.

For cannabis and CBD customers we know the state-specific warning text, child-resistant compliance, and lot-tracking requirements. We print the warning panel as part of the wrap so you don't have to stick a second compliance sticker on after.

Like our jar combos, tube combos ship as one PO with one ship date. We can deliver flat labels + tubes for you to apply at your fulfillment center, or pre-applied for a slight upcharge. Most launches prefer pre-applied for the first run.

Minimum on tube combos is 250 units. Reorders ship in 5–7 business days from approval.
