1" Roll Labels — Custom Printed by Bazaar Printing

We don't print pens. We print packaging.

1" roll labels — the small format — 1 inch round or square, perfect for batch labels, lot codes, and dropper neck wraps. Printed in-house on HP Indigo 6K, finished on Scodix and JetFX.

What we print for you

1" roll labels — what it's for

1" roll labels are the small format — 1 inch round or square, perfect for batch labels, lot codes, and dropper neck wraps. Size choice is almost always dictated by the object the roll label is going onto (or into) — not by aesthetic preference. We walk customers through this every week.

If you're unsure of the right size, send us the bottle / jar / vessel dimensions and a rough artwork wrap, and we'll mock up a dieline at scale. Free, no commitment.

How size affects your run cost

Bigger roll labels cost more per piece, but not linearly — our digital production is priced per square inch of substrate used. So a 2-inch label is roughly twice the cost of a 1-inch label, not four times. That matters for launching brands trying to budget across multiple SKU sizes.

Volume breaks kick in at 500, 1,000, 2,500, 5,000, and 10,000. Most brands cross the first major break around the 1,000-piece mark on their second reorder.

Standard formats we ship every week

1" is one of our highest-volume sizes — running multiple orders a week — so the production line is dialed in for this format. Die already loaded, slit width pre-set, core size confirmed. Your job slides into the next available slot instead of being a custom setup.

For non-standard sizes we can quote — usually a small tooling-amortization charge on the first run, then standard pricing after that.

Common questions

How precise are your 1" dies?

We die-cut on an ABG Digicon laser line — tolerance is ±0.5 mm on a finished roll label, which is tighter than most converters who use mechanical dies.

Can I do custom sizes outside of 1"?

Yes — laser die-cut means we can do custom shapes and sizes at the same cost as standard. Just upload a dieline or send us bottle dimensions and we'll generate one.

Where is Bazaar Printing located?

We're at 306 Boyd Street in downtown Los Angeles, in the Arts District / Skid Row Industrial border. Walk-in pickup is free during business hours. We also ship national via UPS and FedEx, and rush courier within Southern California.

What is the minimum order?

Roll labels and stickers start at 250 pieces. Stand-up and mylar pouches start at 250 pieces. Folding cartons start at 50 boxes. Jar combos start at 100 units. Tube combos start at 250 units. There are no setup fees — quoted price is the all-in price.

How fast can you ship?

Standard turnaround is 5 business days for labels, 7–10 days for pouches and cartons, from approved artwork. Rush (3 business days) is +40%. Express (next-day) is +80% where production capacity allows. Eco turnaround (14 days, batched production) gets a 20% labels / 10% pouches discount.
